What makes Surge different.
Deltas from AtlasEvery Atlas-family theme uses the same block vocabulary and screen architecture. What changes is the visual chrome: palette, font, photography, and a few targeted primitives. Here's what Surge swaps in.
- 01
True white background, ink primary, electric lime accent (#C7FF3D) on every CTA — high contrast against ink reads as high energy.
- 02
CTAs render with the accent FILLED and ink text on top (inverted from Atlas's outlined CTAs). Looks like a button you'd press at 6am.
- 03
Outfit family throughout — geometric, athletic, modern. Pairs with the lime accent.
- 04
Brand wordmark uppercase with 0.08em tracking. "SURGE", not "Surge". Logged in PARITY_TODO as a brand-transform theme token (today this lives in the visual mockup; renderer wiring is a follow-up).
- 05
Section eyebrows lean "EARN IT" / "TRAIN" rather than Atlas's editorial framing.
Inherited from Atlas.
Every screen, every block type, every empty-state pattern — Surge ships with the same fully populated defaults Atlas does. Product detail, cart, search, account, wishlist, the long tail of secondary screens. Editable, all of it. Atlas is the bar every Surge merchant inherits the day they install.
